Watermacks is a creative design company offering several design services ranging from design templates to website design to logo design among others.
As part of our creative services, we offer both website and graphics design respectively alongside other forms of designs.
We offer design services to both local and international users anywhere in the world.

Online Purchases

Upon confirming your order and payment, our design team will commence work on your design with the information you dropped in the "Additional notes" box at the checkout page. If there's need to get more information from you, a member of our team will contact you. Your design will be sent to you shortly after.
Design delivery is highly dependent on the design category. For example, a brochure design delivery might take longer than a business card design delivery. However, the average design delivery is within 24 hours.
Your design will be delivered to your submitted email.
Your design will be delivered in high-quality JPEG and PDF printable format.
We allow up to two modification requests after the first delivery.

User Account & Creator Account

A user account is simply an account that is required of all users who're shopping on our platform to have in order to shop easily, track orders, view past orders, etc while a creator's account has a functionality of a user account and also the ability to upload and edit design templates, monitor sales among others.
A creator's account is one that allows you to sell your designs and make extra cash from our platform.
Yes, you can. Just send a request email to wecare@watermacks.com stating that you intend to switch your user account into a creator's account.
Becoming a Watermacks creator gives you an unending opportunity to make money from selling your designs. There's no limit to how much you can make with a valid creator's account.
You must have good graphic design skill and the ability to create awesome design templates. That's all!
If the email you used in registering your initial account is no longer active or accessible, then you can create another user account. Besides that, there's really no need to create multiple accounts. If you need help with account-related issues, kindly reach out to us via the contact page.
Head to your account, then proceed to account details. You can easily change your email address to a new one. Don't forget to click on "Save Changes".

Payments

Yes, there is. Simply put a call through to us and we'll send you an invoice so you can make a bank transfer. Your order will be processed when payment made via bank transfer is confirmed by our accounts team.
You don't need to worry, head on to "Complaints on Transactions" page, fill out the form and we'll reach out to you to help solve the problem at once.
