Your design projects will be initiated as soon as your payment is confirmed which normally takes no more than 15 minutes. Our design team will contact you to discuss your design needs in details.

Your designs will be delivered for your review and approval three (3) days after the submission of your contents. Please note that you have up to 2 revisions per design.

The duration of your design projects will either run as per your request or within a 30 days cycle from the day of payment.
